Managed Hosting Features
- Network Infrastructure
- The Caspian team fully manages for you all
aspects you need to share in our robust and
scalable network architecture which includes
intrusion detection, routers, switches, redundant
power systems, and redundant bandwidth providers.
- Hardware Procurement
and Deployment - A team of Caspian administrators
will order the necessary hardware components
and build your server(s) to your specifications.
The team will then deploy your server into the
Caspian network. We guarantee your server so
we keep spare parts and extra servers on site
in the event we need repair or replace your
server.
- OS Installation
and Configuration - A team of Caspian
administrators will manage the installation
and configuration of your operating system.
- Full Monitoring
- Caspian uses its own proprietary Web-based
monitoring tool known as Managed Workplace.
All monitoring is 24 x 7 x 365 by our Network
Operations Center staff. All monitoring starts
at the hardware level and continues up through
the Operating System.
- Server Access
- Caspian will allow you full root or administrative
access and you will have complete control over
installing custom or unique applications.
- Administration
Support - Caspian provides full hardware
maintenance and 24-hour, onsite, technical support
is available.
- Security
- Caspian consultants can work with you to implement
